THE BARRE POLICIES

Class Cancellation Policy

We get it—life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. Here's the scoop on our cancellation policy to keep things smooth for everyone:

Cancellation Notice:
If you need to cancel your class, please do so at least 8 hours in advance. This way, folks on the waitlist get enough time to join in the fun!

Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
Drop-ins, class packs, and 4x/8x Month memberships will lose a class.
Unlimited Barre Flight Trial and Top Shelf Memberships will incur a $5 fee for late cancellations and a $10 fee for no-shows.

Waitlist Etiquette:
Being on the waitlist means you're eager to join if space opens up. No longer interested? Please remove yourself from the waitlist 8 hours before class starts. If you get added to the class 8 hours or more before it begins, you'll be held to the late cancellation and no-show policy. And don’t worry, we allow a 5-minute grace period if you’re running late!

Special Circumstances:
We know that emergencies, injuries, and illnesses happen. If you're unable to attend due to these reasons, exceptions to our policy can be considered with a doctor's note. We promise there are no hard feelings; we just need to keep things fair for everyone!

Feeling Unwell or Injured?
If you're under the weather or hurt, we encourage you to log into our online scheduler and cancel your upcoming classes so you don't get charged or lose those classes.

Special Events and Private Appointments:
For private appointments, specialty events, and workshops, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within this window, you'll be charged in full.

Free Classes:
Yes, we sometimes offer free classes! However, if you don't show up or cancel late, a $10 fee will apply.

Thanks for understanding and helping us keep everything running smoothly. Can't wait to see you in class!
